Due to the nature of our  products and services, please be aware that all sales are final and we don't provide options for returns or refunds.

If the download links fail for any reason, we will provide you with the purchased title by email delivery within 5 business days of your re-delivery request, however any claims of inability of immediate downloads do not constitute the right to refund or chargeback of your purchase.

In extreme circumstances we will provide the delivery of the files on CD by mail or courier at additional shipping & handling costs pre-paid by the buyer.
