Installation Service Terms       

You can speed up module installation by ordering faster installation service by PHPModsPro.
Completed order with installation included constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

Installation options available:

• 1 Business Days ( We will install module for you during 24 hours)
• 2 Business Days ( We will install module for you during 48 hours)
• 3 Business Days (We will install module for you during 72 hours)
• 5 Business Days (We will install module for you during 5 business days)
• Custom Installation (We will install modules for your custom themes, however there is no service time guarantee, as each custom theme is different and we will need to take time analyze and become failiar with it's coding.)

In Time or Free

If PHPModsPro will not be able to completely provide service (install module during agreed time frame) - you will get refund (for installation) and installation service provided FREE of charge.

Standard business days only.

Service is provided during standard business days only – Monday through Friday, (GMT -5).

Service Time start

Service Time starts only after ALL of the following conditions are met:

• You purchase module
• AND provide ALL access details (FTP, Cpanel and other if necessary)
• AND we confirm your payment.

If you provided complete access details along with your order and transfered funds with Moneybookers or eGold - you can see when service time started based on order confirmation email which is sent right after your payment is confirmed.

If you provided complete access details via support email - service time can be checked at your end by confirmation email from our service department.

Unmodified sites only

Unless otherwise pre-arranged and agreed, the Installation service is guaranteed for unmodified sites only. If you have modified auction website (either with other mods not installed by us or totally custom coded themes or site) and we can't install our mod in-time - service will be provided at minimal hourly rate without the time limitations OR, if we can not complete the installation because of such modifications discovered after the work started, the basic installation fee will be forfitted by the client.

Respond Promptly

You agree to respond promptly in case of questions to ensure timely service. The time we have to wait for your answers is not included in our guaranteed installation time and we will add it to the end of the original installation deadline.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances and under no legal theory, tort, contract, or otherwise, shall PHPModsPro be liable to you or any other person for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages of any character including, without limitation, damages for loss of goodwill, work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any and all other commercial damages or losses. In no event will PHPModsPro be liable for any damages in excess of the amount PHPModsPro received from you for a license to the Product or Service, even if PHPModsPro shall have been informed of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any other party.

Disclaimer of warranty

The software and service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to warranties of quality, performance, non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Further, PHPModsPro does not warrant that the software or any related service will always be available.

Right to Revise

PHPModsPro maintains the right to revise anything found on this disclaimer at any time without prior notice. PHPModsPro also reserves the right to revise, remove, or add anything on any part of PHPModsPro sites at any time without notice.
