As our items are of digital nature and available to use instantly after delivery, there is no way to prove, that the copy was not made. Therefore PHPModsPro does not accept any cancellations or returns for credit or refund. All claims for damaged files will be resolved by replacement with the same product within 7 business days of the original purchase date.

In a case that the item you purchased does not fully suits your needs, please contact us for a customization improvement within 5 days of your purchase. We will quote you on requested modifications of the item and give you a discount for your original purchase.

We contribute to the environment by reducing pollution through savings on paper, fuel, packing materials, media, etc. and you save on shipping, handling and sales tax. In extreme circumstances we will provide the delivery of the files on CD by mail or courier at additional shipping & handling costs prepaid in full by the buyer.
